About Tibbiwell Alpacas

Tibbiwell Alpacas are a small herd of huacaya alpacas based in the Cotswold village of Painswick.  They live in a gorgeous valley setting with stunning views, which we are sure they love.  They are tame, curious and each has their own individual personality.  Our alpacas have stunning fleeces and we have a range of colours in the herd.

We offer alpaca experiences, which provide a unique opportunity to walk with alpacas whilst exploring a beautiful 16th century Cotswold village.

About Us

Sean and Sandie Randle have lived in Painswick for about ten years and kept alpacas for the past eight of those.  Originally a dream of Sandie's to have a little farm, Sean now loves it just as much, even if he is lumbered with many of the heavy jobs! Neither had much experience of keeping large animals prior to beginning Tibbiwell Alpacas, Sean is a musician and Sandie an anthropologist.  Keeping alpacas is certainly a new direction, one that they have embraced, learning a lot as they went and enjoyed the challenges and delights of alpaca ownership.
